Works and has been an affordable DIY fix for my vacuum cleaner!!!
I had purchased a BISSELL CleanView Swivel Pet Reach Full-Size Vacuum Cleaner, with Quick Release Wand, & Swivel Steering, 3198A on Nov 30, 2024. By May 30, 2025 it stopped working since the belt it came with broke. It was a fairly easy replacement - I did have to find a video on YouTube to make sure that what I was doing was correct and I need need a screwdriver, but un-mechanical me was able to fix it and get it back up and running. So far (fingers crossed) the vacuum cleaner is working.

A bit tight, but they work
Worked for mi 3198A. Kind of tight, you have to stretch them a bit before they'll fit, but they seem to work just fine. Vacuum is working again.

POOR quality. Won’t last!
DO NOT PURCHASE!! This belt broke after a month on my vacuum. Unfortunately, the “return window” closed 6 days ago. Definitely do NOT recommend. Poor quality. If I could give it “0” stars, I would.

Amazing Best Purchase
I have a Bissell Model 3198A vacuum and this belt works perfect. I didn't even realize how badly stretched my belt was until I got the new one. Amazing. I am so excited, works perfectly.

Does not fit!
Does not fit my vacuum, it’s too small! I even tried to stretch it and make it fit, thinking it is just stiff. But nope! It snapped back at me! Followed the model number and everything but it’s too small!
