FR3Z9G297H Fuel Vapour Hose with Purge Solenoid Fit for Ford Mustang 2-Door 2.3 Ecoboost 2015-2019 FR3Z-9G297-H

Replaced the OEM part perfectly. Cleared fault codes after installation and codes never came back.

P1450 code in my mustang. Per internet bought this to replace purge valve. By day 3, car now begins stalling AT HIGHWAY SPEED after driving a certain distance. Panicked and took it to the dealer, they took it off and told me you can blow through it with no resistance like a straw (stuck open - they gave it back to me and I verified this). Turns out my original valve was bad and this one was far worse. Now I'm out $600 by the time you get through the dealer's part, labor, fees, etc. My friend described it as a "purge valve shaped object" due to how worthless it was as an actual purge valve. Highly frustrated. Will request refund.

It only worked for a short time. Better to spend the extra money on an original part.

This solved my EVAP code P0496 for about a month and a half but gave out while I was driving, my car then had a rough idle then stalled when I came to a complete stop at a red light. Unfortunately I’m outside of the return window so it seems I’ll have to purchase a more reliable EVAP from a different carrier.

Error came back within a month, Cheaply made don’t but get the genuine ford one
