WINIX 5300-2 Air Purifier for Home Bedroom, CADR 390m³/h, 99m², Carbon & HEPA Filters Pollen Allergies Dust Smoke Odors, Air Cleaner Smart Sensor, Sleep Auto Mode

I already own the model 5500-2 and bought this one as it is slightly cheaper.This model and the 5500-2 look identical, with just a slight colour change but it works exactly the same. Only difference being, is that this one comes with 4 carbon filters (1 per quarter) compared to only 1 (change yearly) in the other model.Very easy to setup. Was up and running in no time at all.Settings were easy to understand and straightforward. I left it on automatic and the indicator went straight to red. After an hour or so, it changed to blue but already, I could tell the difference in air quality. And for its size, really good at covering my small bedroom. So now, I one in my living room and another in my bedroom.What is really impressive, is that, it was on fan 3 and I switched off my smart living room light and it went into sleep mode - all lights off and fan on one. It is very quiet and should be able to sleep soundly.As for odour removal, the air smells fresh with no lingering stagnant air.In a nutshell. This is an excellent Air Purifier and I am so glad that I purchased this one. Again, specifically for the PlasmaWave.However, I have only found one annoying issue, just like the other but unable to update the other, as I had already done so with something else.If you put it on timer mode. When it finishes, it plays a little tune to you, just like it does when you switch it on. That isn’t annoying but what is, if you have it on night mode and timer mode. It still plays the tune and wakes you up. Not a very good sleep mode. So, best to just leave it on all night if you want an undisturbed sleep.Would I recommend it? Definitely :)

Absolutely delighted with the Winix 5300 Air Purifier. It’s Perfect !! ..it works really well in my home , keeping my place cool and refreshing during the day while I’m at work ! .. it’s lightweight / Robust and looks great in its design, with a nice light indication while purifying your home . Good clear settings and very easy to change filters when necessary . Great item ! Highly recommended!! 5 *****

I love this, the fact it has an air quality sensor is perfect. It's hilarious but I added a video of it detecting my fart and it upping the fan clearance speed. It's light enough to move room to room with handles, but sturdy enough to feel safe. The sleep function is so quiet, I hoped it was louder for white noise. I have it in the bedroom and giggle every time it filters my farts! The light bar and noisier fan functions only run during significant lighting in the room such as my led light or natural window light. It also doesn't react with burning incense which I'm happy with, it doesn't clear smells like sweat or incense but not had a smelly fart to notice! It also triggers the higher clearance when using my pre-injection alcohol wipes so anything specifically air/gas based it clears. I didn't think it collected much dust but out of curiosity I just opened it to take a picture, at first nothing obvious until I unclipped the 1st screen then all the dust shook out! After about 40 days of use on auto, more dust than I expected, happy it's not settling on my furniture!Very happy with it.

Really pleased with this purifier not to noisy cleans well could be improved on portability.no visible carry holes or handle.

This is an excellent air filtration system and very effective at calming the effects of high pollen levels helping to give restful sleep. One issue, mentioned in other reviews, is that the machine goes into “night mode” when it gets dark in the room. Night mode effectively reduces the fan speed so that the machine is less effective but the night mode cannot be overridden on the machine.

Just received today, it's a brilliant product, but pretty loud on normal mode (sleep mode is quiet). Extra bonus that it does have a cooler fan function alongside the strong purifier option, comes handy now that the weather is warming up. I love the size and shape and that the filters last up to 1 year without the need to order replacement filters. It really makes a difference, we have floor heating under carpet and a busy road with more dust than we had in previous flats, so very pleased and happy I choose this little guy as our new family member 🥰 ( Originally I wanted the 5 but wasn't available so ended up with the 3, no regret at all.) Thank you! Hopefully it lasts like... Forever :)

Great itemDefinitely helped with the allergies as I have a cat.And works well in a big or small room.You can switch of plasma mode. And filter is decent enough to last a whole.I leave it on for a few days to make sure its clean and I have felt the differenceIt is abit loud but really I dont care, I was expecting it. Like a floor standing fan noise with a little bit more.Also have a timerHappy
