Q: What is the difference between 0 c/d and the c/d one? i'm a 38d, which one should i get?

To be honest, I think this product could be difficult for a D cup. I am sorry but not sure what the difference is in those two sizes.

Q: I'm a 44c and wondering if I should size down to a/b for better lift (planning to wear with swimsuit)?

I, personally, find that the smaller size does not give a better lift. However, it might be more practical to wear a smaller size under a bathing suit. It wouldn't be as visible the larger size.

I would imagine it would work even better for you with a B cup then someone with a D cup due to the effects of gravity. I just bought my second pair, I love this product
