Porque disminuyó la cantidad de 400 mg de Magnesio a 60 mg con 99 mg de potasio? Yo siempre he comprado de 400 mg

Yo también tengo la misma duda, lo redujeron demasiado, 60 no es nada, tal vez como Frank Suárez murió pues los que se encargan ahora ya no les importa tanto la salud de la gente como a el.

¿Que es eso? Hay que aumentar la ingestion de capsula, segun pasa los dias, ¿pueden hacerme llegar esta informacion en español?

Sugieren que empiece con 1 capsula en el desayuno y una capsula en el almuerzo el primer dia. En el segundo día tomar 1 capsula por comida para un total de 3. Al tercer día 2 capsulas en el desayuno, 1 capsula en el almuerzo y 1 capsula en la cena para un total de 4. Al cuarto día 2 capsulas en el desayuno, 2 capsulas en el almuerzo y 1 capsula en la cena para un total de 5. Al quinto día se alcanza la dosis máxima, con 2 capsulas en las tres comidas al día para un total de 6 capsulas diarias. Permanecer en esa dosis para cada día, una vez se alcance. Como información adicional, el magnesio en exceso pudiera causar diahrreas, el creador del suplemento recomienda que en caso de causar diahrreas se vuelva a la dosis antes de que sucediera.
