Does This Product Contain Any Minerals?

It doesn't say on the label. Are you wondering because of the way the onions were dried - something added? I think they are just onions, only they have been dried. You could look up online to find out if onions contain minerals............ Good luck..... I hope I have been of service to you.

Do you have to soak it before using it?

Terrific Product

This product still continues to be a very useful pantry standby. It is great for use in potato salad and tuna salad. It is also delicious in cooked food, like mashed potatoes. I have used it for decades. I like not having to keep fresh onions on hand.
