How long can it hold a charge?

This is a case for the GBX45 Jump Starter, not the jump starter itself. It cannot hold a charge, it's just a case to store the unit.

What is the item number for the original protective case that will fit my gbx155 noco booster x 4250a ?

We do not yet have cases available for the GBX Boost models, but we hope to have them in stock in the first quarter of 2022.

Does not look like it, but ... does this have a hole on the side of the case to allow the usb charge cable to pass though?

There is no hole in this pouch. The only way to charge it, is to take it out of the pouch.

We do not manufacture a GBX35. This case is designed solely for the GBX45.

NOCO GBC101 Boost X EVA Protection Case for GBX45

I like the case, charger fits perfect and secures in boot nicely to protect my investment, very happy with it, however, I feel It is a little overpriced for what it is, and wish it actually came with the charger as a complete kit, that said I do like it and prices are subjective, it is a purpose built case and works fine and looks great.
