I picked this up on a hunch for Mother's Day to gift my wife. It didn't cost much so I figured that even if it ended up not not working great, I wouldn't be out much money. All I can say is, wow.Melted the chocolate perfectly and quickly. No know-how required. No complicated settings. Kept it warm and gooey while we tried dipping everything we had in it. My wife was thrilled (and our kids were, as well). And it's easy enough to use that it isn't the sort of thing you put in the cabinet and lug out just for special occasions.Not to mention, cleaning is super easy. Took out the heating element and gave it a quick scrub and it was perfect. I'm used to spending a few minutes cleaning out chocolate molds or cooked-on sugar but I was in and out of the kitchen in under a minute. Definitely my stand-out surprise buy of the year so far!

This came in used, with dirt, scratch marks and finger prints all over it. What a huge disappointment. Not advertised as used so be cautious!

The media could not be loaded.  melts chocolate surprisingly quick while it’s not scolding hot to the touch, so easy to use. just twist the temperature knob to your desired heat intensity and there you go. melts within a couple of minutes, even quicker if mixed around at the same time. be careful not to touch the heated surface metal top part that goes under the melting bowl when it’s on, it does get hot. includes 4 roasting forks, also easy to clean and holds tight to your fruits. the metal melting bowl isn’t too deep or shallow, either way you can keep adding more chocolate to melt, as again it does melt quickly. however, the cord to plug in isn’t the longest if you’re looking for something that can extend longer. - but i think this is perfect for me. this was a hit for my little house warming (admittedly more for myself though lol) get this! i also got the chocolate that was recommended to purchase along with (not included), honestly wasn’t my favorite taste in chocolate but i can always change it for whatever else. i may try hershey's bars/hershey kisses on my next cheat craving lol… in short- if you’re looking for a convenient and efficient fondue machine that isn’t over the top, this one is it.

It's smaller than a regular fondue pot, but has several advantages:1. The pot comes out for easy cleaning.2. Heat settings are simple- melt and warm.3. The food compartments are a great way to ensure everyone can reach the goodies.Maybe these are standard now, my fondue pot is pretty old, but they were very welcome improvements. It's smaller, but it's intended for dessert, not the main course, and the size is perfect.

This is such a fun dessert idea. I use it once a week and we kind of bond over it. My boyfriend, son and I. It is a good size. Easy to control the temperatureIt looks pleasing.
