The media could not be loaded. Item received completely defective and now they are refusing to return the item saying that it was at proper condition. But I have received complete defective item all the glass of the door is broken. This is such a bad experience from Amazon and I request all not to purchase any item from Amazon. And will send message to my friends and family not to buy anything from Amazon.

Extremely poor quality of sheets used. Received item in severely damaged condition.The hotcase door was sagging, the body had dents, temperature knob was damaged, the indicator light was loose. Not recommended at all. The packaging was terrible.

Bought this trusting it would do the job, used once and threw it away i made patties puf for 30 mins nothing seemed to happen, this cannot warm it can only heat
