Works well. Very sturdy and of good quality. However, the description of this item is of a fire extinguisher for some reason. This is where it should have stated the size of the hose to be used with this item because I got the wrong hose size. Outside of that that, good quality, properly diverts leaking water in my church. I plan to buy several more.

It arrived this morning in a paper bag. There is a generic piece of paper with instructions and a flap of plastic with a hole in it. No rope/hangers/sting to hang it up. No hose. I paid almost £70 for what? A rectangle of plastic - I could have taped bags together and saved myself £68! If it was £30 I wouldn't complain but it wasn't - it's £70 - we were expecting a leak diverter - not a a bit of plastic on its own.

I've bought other Pig products before and I was well satisfied. This one though seems to have missed the quality control step. 1. The central drain threads are plastic and stripped and I had to tape it together (It still leaks). 2. There used to be a depression for the drain assembly which you popped down and it was great because it caught all the drippings. The present drain assembly is simply flat and not as efficient. (But I can live with that) 3. Some of the grommets are so near the edge that they appear ready to tear off. In total, I wish Pig would do a replacement for the central drain assembly.

These are quality roof leak diverters at a good price with fast shipping. I have purchased other models from supply companies at a higher prices and found the quality to be the same with these cheaper ones.
