These have become a regular in my kitchen. I love toasting them in a dry pan and blending them into a sesame paste - the flavor is deep, nutty, and rich when toasted. Not super developed if you eat them raw as they come. They also work great sprinkled on salads for a bit of texture and nuttiness. A solid pantry staple.

I recently tried the 2 lb organic black sesame seeds and I'm actually quite happy with them. I bought them to experiment with some new recipes and I have noticed that they have an interesting flavor, a little stronger than the white ones, but nothing that cannot be adapted. One day, I made hummus with these seeds and the truth is that it gave it a special touch that I had not tried before. Although they are not the cheapest on the market, I think the quality and the fact that they are lab-tested give them a good value. Overall, I'd say it's a good buy if you're interested in experimenting with different flavors.

I’ve purchased this product a few times before and generally had a good experience, which is why I ordered again. For my usual use, I rinse the seeds, lightly toast them, and grind them into powder. This time, however, I noticed a slight off smell during washing that didn’t fully go away even after roasting. It made the final result less pleasant than expected. This could be a one-off batch issue, but it was different from my previous orders. Hoping for more consistent quality going forward.
