Does it work on psoriasis on feet ?

The feet like hands are hard places. I have it on tops of my toes and it has helped there. You may have to put socks on to keep the cream on there. It's worth a try for sure.

Can anyone tell me the difference between Sorion creme and Sorion repair cream?

I personally never try repair!!?

Is there a version of this without the chemicals/petroleum?

works as expected

This is my happy choice for keeping my para-psoriasis in check. Especially in winter, when it is getting worse, I use Sorion twice a day, and it helps a lot. For me, it is important that it is not moisturising, as that would make things worse. The cream can be easily absorbed, it does not leave oily film on the skin, and it has been my good friend for years now.
