Aarke Carbonator Pro, Sparkling Water Maker with Glass Bottle, Sand Finish

Pros- We love this, looks amazing, easy to use and especially like the glass bottles. Saved load on plastic recycling. Cons- initial outlay is expensive. Soda stream is cheaper and the bottles hold slightly more volume but we use this daily for our tonic. Updated review- fault occurred at 7 months with the lid not engaging to facilitate carbonation. Will update you later how Aarke handle this. Update- 10/23, we used this daily for 7 months and then it broke, the lid wouldn’t engage and couldn’t carbonate. Aarke replaced this for free but took a month with postage time etc, not great. The new one has worked for about six weeks and now the same thing has happened. We are really disappointed as this was bought as our wedding gift to ourselves and have asked for a full refund from Amazon who have honoured this with no issue. We are going back to our very old possibly antique but still working shabby plastic soda stream. Save your money if you need reliability.

I'm on my second one of these. the locking mechanism fails which renders them useless. Looks good doesn't work

J'étais un peu sceptique. Mais joli design, même si un peu grand . Grande facilité d'utilisation. Eau gazeuse excellente , facilement et rapidement faite. Bon pour la planète , bon pour le porte monnaie ( amorti en 1 an 1an et demi si consommation 1 bouteille Par jour ) Je recommande vivement . Je ne m'en passerais plus

最初に届いた製品は、炭酸が非常に入りにくく、強めの炭酸にするためには毎回 8～9 回ボタンを押す必要がありました。 さらに、使い続けるうちにだんだん炭酸が入りにくくなっていきました。 その後メーカーに相談し、本体を交換していただいたところ、新しい製品は使用感がまったく異なり、1 回の操作でしっかりとした強炭酸が作れるようになりました。 デザイン性も非常に優れており、正常な製品であれば満足度は高いと思います。 まだ使い始めたばかりなので、今後も様子を見ながら使用していく予定ですが、現時点ではおすすめできる商品です。

Super Design, sprudelte einwandfrei. 1 Hand Bedienung einfach möglich

Der Sprudler war zunächst okay, hatte dann aber nach über einem Jahr einen Defekt. Ich habe das Gerät hier bei Amazon zurückgegeben. Weil es hier nicht verfügbar war, habe ich das Gerät noch einmal bei Aarke direkt gekauft, was sich inzwischen als großer Fehler herausgestellt hat. Der gleiche Defekt tauchte nach diesmal nur 6 Wochen erneut auf, der Kundenservice schrieb, der Defekt sei auch bekannt. Seit nun vier Wochen versuche ich mein Geld zurückzubekommen und werde vom Kundenservice immer wieder ignoriert und mit unzureichenden Infos abgespeist. Das war leider mein letztes Gerät von Aarke, ich fand Design und Marke wirklich toll, aber bei dem Preis wissentlich Produkte mit bereits bekannten Defekten zu verkaufen und dann im Kundenservice so behandelt zu werden ist leider inakzeptabel.
