it does its job and fits well

The plastic feels weak and cheap and dirt often gets inbetween the plastic and the ds however its pretty cheap and fits pretty well. For what you are paying i'd definitly say its value for money.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and will protect your DSi from scratches and probably some drops. People saying it stops the shoulder buttons working is partly true, it only does this if you lock the hinge all the way back but if you keep it half-locked you’ll be alright. As well as interfering with the shoulder buttons, clicking the hinge all the way back causes the case to get caught on itself which causes scratching along the edge but this shouldn’t affect the case itself. For a cheap bit of protection it does the job but you could probably find something better.

A good quality clear case which fits well, and should do a decent job of protecting your DSi safe if you drop it. Makes your DSi only slightly bulkier, but that seems a decent trade-off for the protection you get. Well worth the money.

the shells are awful quality and lock the shoulder buttons from working

Came with a few scratches on it which is a shame as it is supposed to be new but yeah it’s alright

It’s a good sturdy case for a good price. It fits perfectly with my DSI and I like that it’s clear, so you can still see the color of my DSI. It’s not too bulky and I can easily fit in my smaller bags. The cover doesn't get in the way when I am playing games and I feel like it does a good job of protecting my device. I had this case for a while now and I do see some minor/very light scratches but I don’t mind since it’s still protecting my DSI. You can’t really see the scratches anyway unless you see it in a different angle/lighting.
