I have tried a few scalp scrubbers in the past, but I would say that the best one I have used is this scrubber. The silicone texture of the brush is firm enough to exfoliate the scalp well, yet soft enough not to cause irritation on the skin. It performs amazingly well when it comes to dissolving any product residue, oil, or dandruff, and it definitely helps make my scalp feel cleaner after shampoo. Quick summary: Super soft on the skin yet still cleans very well. A little small for my taste, but seems to do the job. Does seem to use a little more soap than other options. Maybe not worth the $20 price point in my opinion, however if you can find it on a sale then it is totally worth it. Before purchasing this, I read quite a few reviews so I mostly knew what to expect. I would agree with the others in saying that it is a little small but not too small and uses a little more soap than other options. With this said, as long as you know this going in and are willing to accept this, then you will not be dissapointed. I read other reviews that talked about it being softer than they expected, however I was not anticipating just how soft it would be. The bristles are so soft that you can barely even tell they are there, yet it still seems to get a nice scrub to clean your body. Overall I would highly reccomend this and will probably end up purchasing another one once it goes on sale again. I got mine for $14. I think the $20 price point is a little high, but it is well worth it if you can find it on sale. Seems to go on sale fairly often too, so worth keeping and eye on it and just waiting till the next sale comes around.

My partner’s been using this for over a year now and it’s awesome. The silicone feels high-quality, comfortable to hold, dries quickly, and still looks like new. I needed a replacement loofah and after thinking about my options I decided I needed something that: 1) I know can be sanitized while reducing unnecessary trash use and 2) something that isn’t bulky or scratchy. **The dirty truth aka the germ concern and the single use trash problem** My old mass produced plastic loofah just hangs there getting a small stream of grey water running off from my shampoo caddy. It’s kind of gross if you think about it. All the soap residue and water that drips from the top of the shower caddy just runs into that mesh ball and who knows what is going on at the germ level. Dermatologists recommend replacing plastic loofahs every 6-8 weeks because they stay damp and become a breeding ground for bacteria, fungi etc. Yeah you can bleach them but is it worth the effort/cost/addition to the trash problem? Since The Body Buffer is silicone it has minimal area for germs to grow and it can be sanitized when I need to. I made one $20 purchase and I’m all set for the year at least instead of the 6x a year plastic ones that are just bacteria dispersal garbage. **Design and use:** When lathering it up it’s as easy as soap, squeeze and BOOM! suds right away. The handle on the back makes it comfortable to hold between my fingers and the thin flexible base forms it to my hand so I can use it just like a glove. The other competitors I looked at have larger diameter/farther spaced bristles that don’t allow for a nice smooth feel as it moves over the skin. No one likes the record skipping, extra-firm, plastic scraping across body first thing in the morning. Although it looks simple at first glance, once you use it you realize that every part of the design was carefully chosen. I love a product that was engineered to feel like it is an extension of myself and this definitely surpassed my expectations, it feels like a glove style but with half the material. The flexible design allows me to reach the contours of my body with the palm of my hand. From face to legs, everywhere is clean and exfoliated without irritating my sensitive skin. Overall this was a win in my book and I will be buying more to give to family and friends.

Been looking for a better men's product like this to use in the shower, as I always thought it was pretty gross using one of the normal scrubbers and then it just sat there drying overnight or having water dripped all over it to just gather bacteria. The scrubber is made from some pretty solid material overall and has a firm feeling to it when you wash with it. So far it has proven to be fast drying and durable and I have not had any issue with bacteria or mold growth on it. My only cons so far as that it does not seem to work well with bar soap as it's fairly inefficient trying to rub the soap on the scrubber to then wash yourself, you have to actually use the bar on yourself and then use the scrubber to move it around. They designed this to mainly be used with body wash, and most body washes are pretty nasty and full of chemicals. I'm guessing it was done that way to encourage you to buy their overpriced body wash/gel that goes with the scrubber. This also does not prevent ingrown hairs as it claims. Overall though it's a decent product that could use a bit more R&D.

Long lasting. Leaves no foul smell. Dries quick. Scrubs well and creates a good thick lather. It gets the job done exceptionally.
