Why don't you mention that while it was crash tested, it failed the tests repeatedly sending the dog flying through the air?

Do I need to buy anything else for this harness for the car or is everything included?
Does the nesting buckles system mean the strap must be tightly fitted around the dog? Will the buckle come off if the harness straps are loose? Thanks
