Amazon Brand – Rivet Midtown Contemporary Upholstered Sofa Couch, 92.1"W, Charcoal

Delivery - we scheduled a time for them to come during a 3 hour window and they were right on time! They brought the couch up to our 5th floor apartment and dropped off the box and left. Someone in the comments said that they assembled the couch for them - we had to do the assembling ourselves but we were fine with that. The only thing you have to do is screw on the legs which is quite easy. Nothing was damaged/scuffed. Great job on delivery! Comfort - it is a little bit more on the hard side - you don't sink into it. But I imagine with time it will work itself out. It is comfortable in that it has enough back support and I can happily lie down to take a nap! Color/style - we got the cream color. It is a perfect color! the style has a hint of contemporary but also feels very home-y and welcoming. Looks more expensive than it is:) Overall we are pretty excited for this couch! We were hesitant to buy a couch online but felt pretty confident in Amazon that they would take care of us if any issues came up. I will update my review if anything changes and/or we test the durability a bit more. --- 6 month update ------ I am wishing more and more that the covers for the cushions were removable to wash. My husband and I are pretty clean people and we havent spilled on it or anything but I'm starting to notice a darker hue in the areas of where we sit - it just would be nice to throw in the washer. The side cushions have not held up their shape very well. They are starting to curl over the sides and I have tried to fluff them but after a day's use, they are back to their off-shape. I removed both side cushions and replaced them with throw pillows. Overall, I'm not as pleased with our purchase as I initially was. It's definitely a great option for a cheap/modern couch but I have a hunch that we probably wont have this couch for more than a couple years as it just hasnt aged very well in the past 6 months.

I purchased this on a whim because I loved the style and color. I was totally amazed at the quality and extreme comfort. It seats 4 very well with plenty of room to get comfy without crowding. Sitting to watch a movie or hockey game is now a pleasurable family experience. Even when the game gets exciting and we are all bouncing around like a bunch of monkeys! The frame is very sturdy and the legs support my large-sized kids like nothing else before. The material is heavy duty upolstery material that holds up well and is easy to clean. There are zippers on the bottoms of the cushions that will make dry cleaning a breeze. It is soooo comfy to sleep on and a 6'2" man can stretch out nicely on it, so it also doubles as an extra bed in emergencies. I would have given it 5 stars, but being an Amazon product, I had to deduct for delivery and subsequent delivery customer service. The delivery happened a day earlier than expected, which normally would be good, but the one hour window I was given left me scrambling for a person to be there. Thankfully, my son-in-law could be there, because they arrived with only one man and needed his help. They dropped off the sofa and quickly exited. When I got home from work, it was sitting, with no legs, on the floor. I called customer service and was promised a call back. Two days later, after no call, I rang them again. I was told I'd get a call back. Nothing! After 10 days of this, I finally reached someone who knew what they were talking about (but, I had to threaten to put it out by the curb for return). They told me that the legs were in a secret compartment under the couch! Knowing this, we had the legs on in 5 minutes and had a wonderful product. Why the delivery guy wasn't privy to this important piece of information, I don't know. That problem aside, if you are looking to get this couch and are on the fence; Do It! It's an amazing piece of furniture. I've had it for 4 months and I still love it!

I absolutely LOVE this sofa. It is stylish, comfortable, and looks like I paid way more than I did. I was nervous buying a sofa on Amazon (I purchased one previously from Walmart and was instantly disappointed in the quality) but the fact that there is a 30day return policy made me more comfortable with trying it out. I'm glad I did...I think this is the first sofa I've had that I can fall asleep on, and just relax on for hours on end comfortably. My cats love it too, they don't even sleep with me anymore. Big enough to seat 3 comfortably, 4 comfortably if you remove the side cushions. The fabric is holding up great. Not too soft, not too firm. Color is true to what is displayed. Overall great buy.

I was lucky enough to get a sale price on this love seat and it is gorgeous and comfortable. And I appreciated the wonderful delivery service, driver showed up when they said he would and he went above and beyond to make the delivery exceptional.

Color not as advertised!!. Hideous lilacish color. Came with a spot on the seat too. Ugh - will clash with everything. So I have owned a home staging company for 10 years and typically buy wholesale however due to the pandemic and factories being closed nothing was available. Even less expensive furniture stores were out of stock on anything I might want. I was desperate for a couple of cream sofas and these could be delivered in about a week. Style and lines looked decent so I took a chance. When we opened them and placed in a house I almost cried. The color is horrific. Not cream in any way shape or form. And I should know because I own over 100 cream dining chairs, about 40 cream side chairs and numerous other cream sofas. This color looks absolutely hideous with all of them. And it looks terrible with gray too. Beyond disappointed. I have purchased another rivet cream sofa and it is actually cream. So sad and disappointed over how much these cost (way more than wholesale for the quality) and the color that will clash with everything in my considerable sized warehouse. Double thumbs down. Awful.

Le canapé est plus comfortable, solide, spacieux que je ne me l'imaginais. Attention pour l'amener chez vous, un seul colis très long et lourd. Dans mon cas, l'escalier en colimaçon a bien fait transpirer les livreurs, et s'ils ne l'avaient pas monté, je crois que j'aurais abandonné. Rapport qualité-prix excellent de mon point de vue.

Diese Couch steht bei uns im Wintergarten. Möbelkauf im Internet war bis dato eigentlich nicht so meine Sache. In diesem Jahr war ja alles anders und ich habe meine Bedenken hinten an gestellt und u.a. diese tolle Couch bestellt. Und was soll ich sagen - ich bin begeistert. Das Möbel macht richtig was her. Ist mit seiner Länge von 2,34 m und den dicken Kissen recht oppulent. Die Verarbeitung ist gut; das Holzgestell (sieht man, wenn man die Füße aus dem Bauch der Couch holt, Futter ist mit Reisverschluss zu öffnen) und die massiven Holzfüsse machen einen robusten Eindruck. Die Stofffarbe ist so wie auf dem Foto, was für mich nicht die Farbe creme darstellte. Von daher bin ich nicht enttäuscht, genau diesen Farbton wollte ich. Die in anderen Bewertungen erwähnten zu großen Seitenpolster kann ich bestätigen, 2 cm weniger hätten hier gereicht. Stört mich aber in keinster Weise. Wenn man sie mit Schmackes an das hintere Polster knufft, passt es perfekt. Und dann gibts ja noch den Preis, ich habe € 465 bezahlt, wo im deutschen Möbelhandel findet man solch günstige Konditionen. von mir volle Punktzahl...

Comodo e di buona qualità

È essenziale, però fa la sua funzione. I cuscini laterali rimovibili sono comodi. La stoffa è di buona fattura. La seduta rimane un po' rigida ma va bene in presenza di bambini cui piace saltare sul divano

Das Sofa sieht toll aus, die Materialqualität ist sehr gut, die Verarbeitung ebenfalls. Eigentlich klare fünf Sterne, die Seitenkissen verhindern diese Bewertung jedoch. Diese sind in allen drei Dimensionen zu groß, man kann z.B. wegen der Höhe nicht die Arme darauf ablegen. Wegen der zu grpßen Breite ragen sie auch immer über die Sitzfläche heraus. Mit kleineren Kissen wäre das Sofa perfekt. Wir haben die gelieferten Kissen durch jeweils zwei 40 x 40 cm Kissen ersetzt. Dann ist es optimal
