Very Good laptop and the supplier was very fast and reliable.

Non HP authorised parts?
Bought the laptop and was really happy with it until it started getting blue screen error and disk issues. Took it in to an official HP service center where I was told that the SSD is faulty and it is not an authorized HP SSD so now have to pay for a new one.

Vengo de una mackbook air y si hay muchísima diferencia en cuanto peso y tamaño... es cuestión de acostumbrarse...La verdad es que tengo solo unas horas de usarla..me vino con teclado blanco y se ve bien..leí unos comentarios de unas personas que les había llegado con iluminación verde.. la verdad es que estoy indeciso de quedarme con ella... la batería le dura 2 hrs y ahorita solo tengo abierto vivaldi (si consume bastante recursos) y la app de whatsapp y los abanicos están funcionando creo q a medio..entonces SE ESCUCHAN...cosa que se me hace raro.. eso no me pasaba con el anterior computador..de verdad que la batería no dura mucho y eso es un tema a considerar! La pantalla a 144hz esta bien, solo que creo que tiene los negros muy oscuros voy a checar el HDR!Creo que por ese precio también hay otras alternativas que no esta de más checar y comparar...

Falla en actualizaciónes de Hp firmware
Equipo solo ocupado 5 días y realizó actualización de firmware y quedó bloqueada sin posible solución a recuperar el sistema operativo
