Dry woody Chinese Cassia… AVOID!
Clearly Chinese Cassia, not Vietnamese Cinnamon. Dry, woody, bitter with barely a hint of cinnamon flavor at all. I know others get excited that they just bought something novel and review it without really tasting, distinguishing the flavor profile, but unless this company is sending 2 different products under the same listing, this is 100% NOT Vietnamese Cinnamon. Do not waste your time! *Note: You can request a REFUND on this product despite it being non-returnable, using the help chatbot. Please do so to ensure the product eventually is taken down.

It works great for making tea
The Ginger comes in a vacuum packed bag, that has to be cut open. you also get supplied a resealable bag to put your Ginger root into after you have cut open the shipping vacuum bag. which I think is very considerate.
