This dress is perfect for a hot summer day! It is a very light, bouncy dress. It is not see through either. It fits me perfect and does not cling to my "problem" area. I have a bit of a baby belly and it does not cling around it or make it at all noticeable. I am 5 foot 5 inches and weight about 140 pounds and ordered a medium. It can also be dressed up to wear to work as well. I love this dress and will be ordering a couple more in the other colors. :)

If you have anything larger than a B cup, I wouldn't buy this. I don't know if mine was defective or what, but the empire waist was so high that I had to keep pulling it back down over my boobs. Not a great way to spend the day.Update: I just got an email from the company saying they would fix the issues I noted and asked me to change my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars b/c they are a small business. So I knocked it down to 1 star. I will not be guilted to change my ratings.

If you are bustier it will be too tight! Otherwise it fit fine. I wear 8-10 usually. But had to send back the Medium and get a large due to the bust being too tight.

I marked "fits somewhat small" because it's small in the bust (and I'm on the small side of B), and is VERY high waisted (like bra-strap height), but then it is extremely flared -- I thought disproportionately so. I'd say small on top, big on the bottom -- and with the empire waist, it's mostly bottom.Not flattering at all on me (pear-shape). Will return. I guess someone very petite and not curvy might be able to pull it off, but the bottom half would be really flared.

I really wanted this dress to be a casual dress that I could wear out, but it is going to end up as a dress that I just wear around the house. I have a medium sized chest (34 C) and the material is tight in that area. Also, the part that flows out to make the skirt falls just under my chest instead of more towards my waist area like on the model. And as someone else mentioned it isn't really figure flattering on everyone. It kind of looks like a frumpy t-shirt on me. Lastly, the dress just clings to itself. When I tried it on right out of the package I thought that maybe it just needed to be washed with some fabric softener. No such luck. After 2 washes it still clings to itself which then causes me to constantly tug and adjust the dress while I'm wearing it.

I really like this dress! The material feels a little cheap but not too bad and it's not at all see-through. I got the black one and was excited to wear it to my family's fancy dinner. The next day I wore it out to get groceries and lounge around. This dress can be worn dressed up or dressed down, depending on the jewelry and shoes you wear it with. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I think the material could've been a little lighter and flowy-er and I thought it was pretty small in the waistband area. I'm 5'7" and 120lbs and the small would've fit me perfectly had the waistband had a little more stretch. I would recommend this purchase to a friend.

This dress is cute and soft but the top fits weird. The model makes the dress seem as thought there is room below the breast area but there is not. So it barely covers your breast area and looks awkward, and even my husband who has no fashion sense whatsoever commented that he thought it looked weird. It is now functioning as a nightgown.

This is cute but not very flattering if you have large breast. The stretch material comes right across them. I had to return this.
