So strong and reliable!
Wow what a great tent, this was worth the investment! I am so glad I went with these guys! I was definitely nervous because I had bought this last minute due to unknown rain coming and it came the day before! We were able to set it up. A lot of pieces but when you organized it all out was super easy to put together! So excited to have a metal frame as it will last a long time! They are so responsive as I was pestering them if they could send earlier and they tried their best to accommodate!

Nice Tent
Had a large baby shower, and looked into renting a tent. Bought this instead for about the same cost. Easy setup, mid-grade quality, looks great, and worked perfectly. Now we have the goods for family get togethers.

Good quality , bad carrier
perfect, my only complaint is with the carrier, "FedEx", the guy threw my boxes on a step, the tubes were not bent, but there were marks from the hit

DO NOT BUY! Very poor quality and they do not stand behind there product!!
Not very well made. Parts go bent very easily, floor post that you bolt into ground snapped off. Very unhappy. I had it for two months and it is destroyed and there are unwilling to provide some type of refund or help. DO NOT BUY! I had a little smaller sized tent from another manufacturer and having no issues with it. This one is poorly made, a TOTAL WASTE of $$. Needed this for my business, and since its a covid world and outdoor tents are needed, well here you go. What is most disappointing is the manufacturer is not willing to do a thing to resolve this matter. I would be semi happy with a 50% refund since I can not even use this item any more. At that point they still made a profit or covered costs on the product and would be helping out there buyer.
