WOW! Snack time ELEVATED!
I recently tried Highkey Mini Brownies, and I just had to share my thoughts with you because I think you might really enjoy them too, especially considering how mindful you are about sugar and carb intake. These cookies are a game-changer for anyone looking to indulge their sweet tooth without compromising their dietary preferences. What I love most about them is not only their taste, which is surprisingly delicious for a sugar-free option, but also their versatility.First off, these do a fantastic job of satisfying those snack cravings without the guilt. They're perfectly crunchy, and the flavors are on point – it’s hard to believe they're low in carbs and sugar-free. But what truly sets them apart is how amazing they are for culinary creativity. I've been experimenting with them as a base for a sugar-free pie crust, and the result was phenomenal. The texture and taste they bring to the pie are just so satisfying, making it a big hit among my family who usually don't even care if it's sugar-free or not. Moreover, they're also fantastic as toppings. I crushed them over some pudding the other day, and it added such a delightful crunch and flavor depth that elevated the whole dessert. You could also easily sprinkle them over ice cream or use them in parfait layers for that extra something special. So, if you're on the lookout for a snack that fits into a low-carb, sugar-free lifestyle without skimping on taste or if you're just curious to try something new that's actually tasty, I genuinely recommend Highkey. They've become a staple in my pantry for both snacking and baking adventures. Let me know if you decide to try them, and of course, if you come up with any other creative ways to use them!Take care!

These PASS the test!!
I've been GF for 7 years, and have followed low-carb and keto for about 4 years (with a break or two here and there for both adjustment and sanity). Finding GF products, or baking from scratch, is relatively easy these days, but finding KETO mixes that taste good is a definite struggle. And baking keto from scratch tends to always yield mostly disappointing results in terms of texture and flavor. Sure, I've made a few decent recipes over the years, but most of the time, they still miss 'something'.I'd tried the High Key chocolate chip cookies recently, and was pleasantly surprised at how well they mimic Chips Ahoy minis, so I figured I'd take a risk and try these blueberry muffins! Well, they came out of the oven about an hour ago, and I couldn't wait much longer to try as they SMELLED HEAVENLY! You know THAT blueberry smell... yeah... THAT one... these filled the house with such a beautiful smell that even my husband said "What are you baking" hinting he wanted whatever it was. He's not a keto fan but I'm pretty sure even these would impress him in a blind test.So that said, I was praying the taste of these would level up to the smell and they sureeeee did! They are AWESOME! I'm so excited to have finally found a commercial KETO and GF product that ticks every box: super easy to make, bake quickly, fluffed up like a regular muffin, super awesome texture (first 'fluffy' rather than dense keto product I've made) and they taste amazing. I'm always worried about keto products being either too eggy or overly sweet but that's not an issue here.I DID sub unsalted butter for the coconut oil, cause let's face it, baked goods just taste better with butter, and since it's perfectly keto, there's no macro issue. I do think the butter likely helped in their 'lift' and fluffiness, as coconut oil generally tends to bake heavier and more dense, which could explain why some other reviewers aren't as happy with their results. So use butter - you can't go wrong. And I made mini-muffins - got exactly 24 perfect little muffins, which at 70 calories a pop, and just 0.5g net carbs, makes me dance!I will ABSOLUTELY be buying these again along with trying their other products. I am SOOOOOO happy these weren't a waste of money! No, they're not cheap, but I also know that making keto products from scratch isn't cheap either, and I've thrown out A LOT of keto food that has tasted crappy! These are the BEST so far!

pretty darn good
The bag says serving size is six pieces, 28 grams. But I weighed them on my scale and it only takes five pieces to reach 28 grams, not six. The taste is pretty good, above average for low-sugar keto-friendly fare. They're exaggerating a bit with the "net carbs" thing, but that's par for the course. The bag says six pieces is 2 grams of net carbs. My measurements say the reality is that five pieces equals 4 carbs. Still, I like these a lot because I haven't found any better options for keto-friendly pie crust. When I make keto cheesecake or chocolate pie, I crumble up a bag or two of these cookies (either chocolate or snickerdoodle) and press the crumbs right into the pie tin, without any extra sugar or butter. More often, I simply sprinkle the crumbs over my yogurt. Thanks to products like this, I've lost 30 pounds in two years. I can indulge a little and it isn't cheating on my diet.If you're expecting them to taste like real brownies, you'll be disappointed. Also, they aren't exactly brownie-like. They're more crunchy than brownies, kinda like Oreos with no white stuff.Update: I found another way to enjoy these cookies, especially the brownie bites flavor. Put a teaspoon of peanut butter on the flat side of each cookie. Yum! Also, I've lost 40 pounds now.

a) These are crumbs, not cookies! b) I'm new to Keto and gluten-free
I am essentially on the Atkins/very low carb diet. I have a super powerful sweet tooth so the hardest part for me being on this type of calorie restriction is not having any sweets. These cookies got such a high review I decided to buy some. While the taste is good, the packages were filled with broken cookies. Actually they weren't just broken cookies, they were CRUMBS. I ordered because they had a 4 star review w/out actually reading the actual reviews which was my mistake. As everyone else mentioned, you need a spoon to eat these Brownie Bites/crumbs. There wasn't any sign of these ever having been cookies in the 2 packages I have opened so far. So, they're great for using as a topping, but they cannot be eaten as an on-the-go snack. There's also a tiny bit of an aftertaste, for those new to carb-free foods.
