This is a must read!
Picked this book up at a local convention. Met the author and got my copy signed. I don't usually go for horror, I'm more of a romance type of gal. But I took a chance on this one because it sounded interesting. I wasn't disappointed! This book will have rooting for the main characters and sitting on the edge of your seat. You will fall in love with the characters but can they make it to safety?

I tore through Scent in an afternoon. The premise is straightforward: the world wakes up one morning and everyone is hell bent on killing all homosexuals. The novella follows a small group as they try to survive.The text is snappy, and structure clear. There are enough ideas here for a larger volume (or the same story over a multi part series) but it is implemented well as a novella. Here's hoping the author writes more!
