I wantes these for a long time. They are a nice way to get more out a gripper. And work your pinch and thumb strength. If you already have the GD iron grippers then you should defon add these for the extra fun ,

Yeah, I’m loving this thing already, very well-made. It’s slightly heavy to the hand, but that’s actually a good thing for your wrist. Get it stronger. The finger adapters are awesome. You gotta be careful to tighten them very well because they will slip out of your hand. The adjustments are difficult to make if you don’t squeeze the handles together Hard enough to set the clip, but besides that it’s very smooth adjustment operation.

I got it today along with my GD Hand Gripper 90 ext. It was easy to assemble and it seems to have a good quality. I tried it with different gripper resistance and I liked it. Overall it's a good product for improving your finger strength, though it's a bit tricky to just work on a single finger as the pinch sometimes rotates. 2 improvements that come to my mind are: - Making the gripper handles work without the extensions. It makes it easier for small hands to work with the pinch gripper. - Having a joint between handles, extender, and pinch would prevent the rotation on the pinch.

I had to pinch myself to see if these were real or if I was dreaming.
