The older I get, the harder my breathing gets during the night, so I gave this a try and it’s perfect since it seems to open up my airways. I have not been diagnosed with any ailment since we are not doctor people. Have been using it for years with no side effects.

The inhaler just didn't work for me. May be due to the fact that by the time I received it, I already had developed bronchitis.

It seems to work fine but the filters really don’t stay in place very well. It was definitely more affordable that a $468 inhaler prescribed by the doctor especially as I was starting to feel better but that’s a whole other story.

I have asthma and this past spring with the increase pollen and such I have been having more asthma attacks. I was looking for some kind of breathing relief outside of using my rescue inhaler more. I notice that if I use this after using my inhaler or even before needing my inhaler, I don't need to use it (rescue inhaler) as much. Which is nice, because I hate that I have become more depend on my rescue inhaler. I mainly use the mouth side but the nostril side works just as well. One thing to note this will make you at some point bring on mucus, it's normal and good, better out then stuck in your throat (yuk) just keep some tissues handy.

I am satisfied with the delivery shipping. The device, however, is very disappointing. Very small at the extent that I don't think you can have a real benefit from it due to the limited amount of salt you can place in it.

This is the second one I purchased. I had to get one fir my son with super allergies and catches everything. This is so convenient and works faster than my pump for most instances. It aides with my son's nebulizer and he recently got over something faster than he ever has. I believe it was due to the salt. I've had a larger on for years. I'm so happy this is so convenient. It stopped a coughing attack I had before it got out of control and before I got the stares.

Have been using this regularly but really don't see that it has done that much for my breathing.
