Yes you can if you have heavy deposits. Don't mix it with the water in the power washer. Mix it in a spray bottle, apply to surface, and rinse with power washer.

If cleaning aluminum siding will it kill shrubbery thats below the siding?

Hi Kelly, Full stop! Don't use this on anything but raw aluminum. It's acidic and will wreck the coating on the siding. You asked about the bushes, if you do try it, the bushes will be fine as long as they are acidic loving bushes like evergreens and other woody plants.
