Perfect for home office!!!
This is perfect size for my office. The quality is very good. Easy to write on and erased great, without any shadowing. The fact that it's magnetic is a bonus!!! Would purchase again.

Far from perfect, but excellent customer service (see edited review)
Well, at least the board isn’t bent. But there are many irritating defects (see EDIT below). If I'd paid only around $45 for it, I guess I wouldn't have a problem with its not being perfect, but it cost $106.16, and for that, I expect no obvious defects.1. All four hangers on the back are misaligned (and they really ought to be black, not brass-color). Removing and reattaching them would require filling the existing screw holes with wood and glue, waiting 24 hours, and then re-drilling the holes (you can't fill them with wood dough; the new holes would just "default" to the old holes; has to be wood scraps or toothpicks). I could do that, but I shouldn't have to. Alternatively, I could measure like an engineer and adjust the positions of the holes in my wall to match the positions of the hangers. It won't be easy, and I shouldn't have to do that either.2. One corner was badly joined and has sawdust or glue showing. It will need touching up with black paint pen.3. There is debris on two edges of the black frame. It looks like glue.4. All along one long edge, there is a line of what looks like rubber cement, like maybe strips of two-way tape are applied to the back of the frame and then the board is inserted. If that’s right, the tape was applied wrong on at least one edge.5. Simply rubbing your fingers very lightly across the surface of the board results in whitish marks. Assuming I actually hang this board up, after it’s mostly covered with photos or documents, those marks won’t be so obvious. If the surface of the board were semi-gloss or glossy paint instead of matte paint, it would be much less likely to show scuff marks.Typical magnets adhere okay, but anything even slightly heavy would fall off even with a very strong or large-surface magnet. I don’t know if the board just has a low iron content or if the paint interferes with its holding ability. If I hang it up and eventually decide it was worth the cost, I’ll edit this review, but none of the defects I’ve reported will be diminished.---EDIT---The customer service was very responsive to my inquiries and complaints. I was able to hang the board by removing the included hanging hardware and replacing it with a different kind of hanger positioned exactly 1” from the top corners. And I replaced the bottom two hangers with heavy-duty, plastic, peel-n-stick velcro-style connectors (not easy to line them up; recommend taping something like a small block of wood to the back at the bottom, pre-attaching the velcro to the board with its corresponding piece, hanging the board at the top, THEN peeling off the backing, slipping out the spacer blocks, and just pushing the bottom firmly against the wall. Even the 48" board isn't so heavy that it needs to have screws into the wall at the bottom.Also...any glue on the painted surface of the board comes right off with nothing more than a good pencil eraser.

Poor quality
I was so excited to find a blackboard the right dimensions with a black frame to put in my kitchen. I wanted something attractive to go on a prominent wall. After shipping, I paid $92.00 for the blackboard although sizes just a little smaller were half that price. It was poorly packaged, but not damaged in shipping thankfully. However, after unwrapping, I found one corner poorly joined (visible from a distance), glue at the edges showing and I couldn't get the glue off easily, a gap between the blackboard the picture frame in one corner, and a scratch. I was so disappointed, but since it was packaged so poorly it won't be hard to box it back up to ship it back. However, I am still waiting to hear whether the seller will accept a return.

Don’t buy
Bought two. Both are damaged and one is completely unglued and has huge bubbles. Very cheaply made. It’s just a metal backing with a laminate glued to it.

Horrible Product
Purchased for business. It’s warped and cheap. Don’t think I can even write on this with chalk.
