My Preteen loves Monster High especially Clawdeen, so what better gift right? The packaging was great, came in pristine condition, Color is bright an vivid, a year later of heavy playing with and the colors still remain, surprisingly the hair was soft, my daughter absolutely loved that, perfect size, over all this doll is worth the buy!

My granddaughter loved it. The colors pop, the hair was better than some dolls I've seen, and the size is perfect for her big doll house. Seems pretty durable too.

For the price id buy again!

: Edit because I see a lot of mixed feelings about her hair— Yes, it is poly instead of saran, so doesn’t feel as nice as past gen dolls hair. This isn’t an issue for me personally, since I think the texture makes it much more bouncy and holds the curled shape better. I also found that it responds well to a (very low setting) flat iron! I made sure to dampen the hair first. Much easier than boil washing, since I only wanted to straighten her fringe. :I wasn’t allowed to have Monster Highs when I was little because my mom didn’t like them, so now as an adult I can finally start collecting! Getting to open the box and take her out made me feel like a kid again, it really is a special feeling.Clawdeen is my favorite character of the original lineup, but unfortunately I think that she has one of the weaker designs (fashion-wise) of the G3 dolls. Now that I have her however I can’t help but appreciate just how cute she is! I did wash and restyle her hair because the top knot wasn’t working for me.She CAN stand on her own but it takes some convincing and only on a flat surface, luckily I already ordered some stands. I was also very happy to see that she shipped in a box instead of a bag.All in all, I’m really happy that Monster High is back and I’m glad that the new generation can continue to enjoy them :) Crossing my fingers for a Rochelle design!

The doll herself is cute. Her clothes/accessories look nice and seem to be well made. But this girl's hair was a mess. She is supposed to have curls but instead, she had a puffy, wavy, frizzy head of hair. I combed out what little curl was in her hair and braided it to give her waves (after I took the braids out). Her curl that hangs in just beside her face was great, but other than that be prepared to have to do something with her hair if you value it being in a decent state. It might be different if I were giving her to a child that would not mind her hair being messy, but I bought her to display so I wanted her hair to look nice.
