Very effective. It kinds of put you on an even keel. Be careful though, I took too much the first day and I felt like sleeping all day. I then took it every evening for a while and it is obviously non-addictive because I stopped and I am OK.

I've been taking this as needed for bedtime when my mind is racing and it works pretty well to calm it down. I only take 3 pills, though, which is enough without causing drowsiness or added grogginess in the morning. The pills are very tiny and have a little sweetness, and they dissolve quickly so water isn't needed. It's not clear how many are in each tube, but the recommended dosage is 5 pills up to 3 times a day, which seems excessive to me, but your mileage may vary.
