I love the electric heating pad that I got for my daughter. The initial reason that I bought it was to alleviate my daughter's monthly menstrual cramps. Turns out it worked for a lot more things. The vibration settings and the different levels of heat also work perfectly for muscle aches and general massage.

My daughter loves this. She packs it everywhere she goes and the size of it fits perfectly in her luggage. She can barely feel it when she has it on and works great. For someone like me on a tight budget, this was a perfect gift giving idea. The price point of this was great.

I use this little heated massaging belt on my morning walks to help keep muscles from tightening up. It really does do a pretty good job...surprising for the cost. There are two slight negatives that make me give it an overall 4 stars. The snap latch on the belt comes loose way too easily which can be annoying when you're trying to get it in the spot you want. Also, after about 15 minutes, it will kick off and have to be restarted. This is not a big deal as it starts again when the buttons are pressed. Not sure why it does that. One feature I really like is that it defaults back to the settings for heat and massage that you have set it on. So just holding down the two buttons again and it starts right back where it was. I use it for about an hour each morning and put it back on the charger after every use. It's small but pretty effective! Just be careful if using the highest heat setting as it really does get quite warm. I keep it on the middle setting. I like this little heated massager and would buy it again.

I have to say that it did not meet my expectations,Pros: helps you with pain, helps keep warm for a little bit, it's rechargeable.Cons: low heat it's not noticeable and level 3 of heat burns, so you need to have something like a towel in between, battery lasts just about 3 hrs and if you use heat and vibrator simultaneously battery will last about 1 hr max.So if you are planning a day off and your cramps are really bad you still need to take some pain reliever since this pad is just gonna help for a short time while you are put of home.

Bought 2 for my daughters who absolutely love them. Just wish they would stay charged longer

While I dont prefer the vibration since I feel it makes my cramps worse, I do love the heating function. I usually put my heating units on the highest heat for maximum but I fell asleep with it on the 3rd setting and slightly burned my stomach lol so be careful with it cuz its powerful. The vibration is loud but the heating unit is good for portability if you're working or moving around.

I use this every few months when needed and after a year, it no longer stays on. It turns on then stays on for 30 seconds and shuts off :(

Bought this on impulse while searching for units to help with hip/lower back pain. Figured it was worth a try at low cost. This unit heats up nicely and is easily positioned over a specific area. The vibrating pulsing is different in a good way. Used at night with belt over hip/lower back. It actually provided enough relief that I was able to sleep. Bought a second one today so one is always charged!!
