Good substitute for a cream base
I am starting to make Hello Fresh meals on my own from the menu cards and I can usually find what I need at Amazon to replace those few items that can't be easily found in stores. This is one of them. It worked fine and I didn't have to make my own base.

Mixed feelings
The first time I bought this I was very thrilled It was excellent quality and flavor, just like we have it in Italy, and I made a good ham and cream pasta sauce with it It was expensive but worth to buy once in a while. Unfortunately the second time I bought it, it came totally spoiled even if not expired yet and the craziest thing is that I had to start a return to get my refund My first pic is the good pasta sauce I made the first time, my second pic is the spoiled cream I received the second time I give it 3 stars because I don’t really know what rate I should give it: the first time should be a 5 stars but the second time definitely a 0 stars

This is a great use for multiple recipes and only your imagination is the limitation . Rich and thickening for sauces, soups , egg dishes , and mushrooms . I used it for a great Orecchiette / spinach / hot Italian sausage creation that blended so well and takes on parmesan cheese for the finish with ease .
