After 1.5 years use, it's good choice for comfortable sitting

If you’re looking for a comfortable and supportive cushion, the Frido Cousin is a solid choice. First of all, I received the product really late (7-8 days after the expected date). Then, when I opened it, the product looked dirty and used with loose threads from the stitching coming off. In addition, the product looked out of shape so when I unzipped the cover to see if I can adjust the cushion inside, I saw that the cushion looked even more dirty and was stuffed into a cover smaller in size. That’s not the end, I have been trying to return the product ever since and have attempted and got Amazon to create a pick up schedule 4-5 times and each time the product was not picked up and the app said the pick-up was canceled even when I never cancelled it at my end. I have recieved an automated call from Amazon each of these times to confirm if my pick up was done and when I selected the option saying “no”, I was assured that the pick up will be attempted again in 24hrs. But it never was then I would call up the customer care each time and the executives would assure me each time that this time the pick up will surely happen but it never did. I have cancelled my plans and meetings each time the pick up was scheduled but no luck. So disappointed not only in Frido’s seller but also Amazon for troubling a long standing customer like me.

I would like to rate this pillow a 5 star, Its cushion is soo soft that you can sit fpr long hours, wihout any pain and there's no weight falling on ur coccyx bone.

Decent product for tail bone pain. It could be better if we can select the cushion compression as needed by customer but still it’s a decent product to use.
