Bendix Premium SBC665 Ceramic Front Brake Pads for Lexus LS400 2000-1995

2007 Buick lacrosse 3.8 CXL.Paired these with Wagner coated hub rotors.Cleaned all pins, etc and reapplied new brake caliper lube with a little bit of nickel anti-seize mixed in. Sprayed some brake pad sticky compound on back of pads to reduce chatterCame with new spring clips. Wire brushed the mounting points and lined up the pad clips.Bed in new rotors and pads with 3 light slowdowns from 60-20mph. Then drove for a few.. And then 3 much more aggressive stops from 70mph to 30mph. Then drove around with coming to complete stop for about 10 min. Rotors had that nice even heat coloring and brakes bite very well. We'll see how the dust is.. But I'm sure it's not bad with them being ceramic. Nice and quiet and smooth braking too. 👍

Great quality brakes for the price. I changed my mine myself for the first time using these. Beats the heck out of retail price or a "professional" shop charging a ridiculous rate. $25 at YouTube video in a couple hours of your Saturday saved me $300. Easy installation. Very quiet. No grease with it but does it technically need it I guess. New hardware is included they function perfectly as I have slammed for some near misses and am alive to write this review

These were the correct fit for the front brakes on my 2016 Mazda CX-5. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. They seem to be very high quality. Braking power is good, and there is no noise when applying the brakes. After driving for about 1000 miles, I see no appreciable brake dust on my wheels. For this price, I would highly recommend.

Great deal on replacement brake pads. Easy to install, seem to be good quality. Came with everything needed. Took it for a spin to do the initial break in and bedding. Brakes were super quiet and had great stopping power. Highly recommended.

Only 4 pad end clips rather than 8 so jury is still out on how smoothly these will move in the tracks over time with a tension/slider clip on only one end rather than both ends.No backing plates or separation springs with these either. Backing seems to be factory bonded to the steel pad so am going with that thought. Holes are still there for the separation springs so we re-used the orginal springs but not the SS backing plates since the originals had no backing material under the plates. An instruction sheet explaining differences would have been nice. Fingers crossed!Only 4 stars because of the above items not matching up to the factory originals that came off the Jeep.Originals lasted 90k miles on this Jeep. Both rotors had to be turned bc of rusting and pitting of the inside braking surface where only a center stripe was making pad contact with the inside rotor surface. Outside braking surface was pristine. Am guessing that the inner rotor surface does not dry out properly for some reason on this Jeep. A/C condensation possibly? ...or maybe road spray is directed there by design and ends up rusting since ceramics are not as abrasive as semi-metalics so once rusting starts it eats the pad. All four pistons and caliper sliders compressed smoothly and show no leaks.

These pads were an exact match to the OEM pads I took off. Some lesser manufacturers do not include the wire brake pad spreader springs or pad retaining clips. This kit had everything. The nak of the pads are even labeled “inside right” “outside right” “inside left” “ outside left”. I would recommend these pads to whoever may be considering them.

These ceramic brake pads have been a great upgrade for my vehicle. They’re noticeably quieter than my old pads—no more squealing or annoying noises during braking, which is a huge plus. The braking performance feels smooth and consistent, providing good stopping power in both city and highway driving.One thing to note is that they required a bit of a break-in period before reaching peak performance. During the first few hundred miles, the brakes felt a little less responsive, but after bedding them in, they performed very well.They also produce much less dust than traditional pads, keeping my wheels cleaner, which I really appreciate. Overall, they offer a nice balance of comfort and performance.I’m giving 4 stars because while these pads are excellent for everyday driving, they might not be the best choice for heavy-duty or performance driving where more aggressive stopping power is needed. But for regular use, they’re a solid, reliable option.
