How much Liposomal Vitamin C should I take? Is it OK for children?

ADULTS: a teaspoon of 5 ml (1000mg). For exercise, recovery, or skin health, consider taking 2 or 3 teaspoons. KIDS: We recommend consulting a practitioner. Children over the age of 4 can take it, adjusting the dosage based on their body weight.

When is the best time of the day to take Liposomal Vitamin C?

You can take it at any time of the day. However, Liposomal Vitamin C can provide an energy boost, so it's best to avoid taking it in the evening.

What does your Liposomal Vitamin C taste like?

Our liposomal Vitamin C has a fruity taste. A small minority may find the flavour too rich due to the concentrated high-strength Vitamin C content. In such cases, we recommend diluting it in a cold beverage of your choice.

Can I mix my Liposomal Vitamin C with another liposomal product?

Absolutely! You can mix them into a small glass and add a bit off water to shot, or into a larger glass, turning it into a flavoured vitamin beverage. You can mix it into your sports water bottle, juice, or smoothie.

Does Liposomal Vitamin C need to be refrigerated?

Once opened, our Liposomal Vitamin C should be stored in the refrigerator. Once opened, use within 90 days.
