Best GF Bread Crumbs I've used!!
I made eggplant parmesan and it came out perfectly! Nice and crunchy, easy to use, stayed in place on the eggplant - it was fantastic! No more GF panko for this cook and trying to make it work ... these bread crumbs are yummy and work great for all those crunchy needs ... am going to try baked mac & cheese next! Great value and shared the second bowl with my son. I would highly recommend if you're looking for that "real" crunchy texture on your food and want it to be tasty!

Great breadcrumbs
I had to purchase this packaging for the bread crumbs I have been using for years because now if you want only one tub, it has been relegated to "Fresh" which I refuse to use. Breadcrumbs themselves are great for those of us sensitive to gluten.

My local grocery store stopped carrying this item, so glad I was able to find on Amazon. This product is great. You would never know it's gluten free. I have used it in meatloaf and baked chicken with great success.
