I made eggplant parmesan and it came out perfectly! Nice and crunchy, easy to use, stayed in place on the eggplant - it was fantastic! No more GF panko for this cook and trying to make it work ... these bread crumbs are yummy and work great for all those crunchy needs ... am going to try baked mac & cheese next! Great value and shared the second bowl with my son. I would highly recommend if you're looking for that "real" crunchy texture on your food and want it to be tasty!

These are the best bread crumbs ever! I have tried many different kinds of gf panko and bread crumbs but have never been satisfied. I found Aleia by accident and decided to try them. They are now a staple in my cabinet. I use them for everything! Coating on chicken, filler in meatballs and meatloaf, coating on fish. They are my go to bread crumbs.
