Will this fit an average men's hand as well?

Yes. I got these for myself because I have to do a lotion therapy because of eczema. My boyfriend uses them as well. they fit his hands well.

What temperature do I wash these in?

I throw them in the wash on a cold cycle and I let air dry afraid if I put in the dryer they will shrink
