Depends on which version you have, the Acute Skin works well for me. I get the acne like cysts but also more topical type ones but not like all the time. So I take the acute version as soon as I feel a big one coming up from inside the skin and it prevents it from coming. But I have to take like 7 capsules 3x that day and the next to prevent.
