Great for everyday wear
First of all, let me say the sizing of these insoles is spot-on. They are the first insoles I’ve ever bought that I didn’t have to trim at all! I got the 11-11.5 insoles and they fit my 11.5 shoes exactly. I was looking for less expensive insoles since the ones I normally get have undergone a recent design change that I don’t like. Comparing these to my old brand insoles, I’d say that these are a pretty close replacement. They are not nearly as robust in terms of how many layers they have, or how strong they feel, but considering that they are about a third of the price, I didn’t expect an exact copy. There are a few differences that I think are worth noting. The heel-cup is not very deep, however I haven’t noticed a significant shift in my gait or comfort while wearing these. The arch-support is a spring-type mechanism. I mean that there is nothing under the arch to make it solid. It uses the shape of the material to spring back into shape after absorbing a load. Lastly, the insoles are a little skinny. As you can see in my photos they are skinnier than my old ones, which by itself is not a big deal, but I am finding that they fit just fine in my dress shoes, but move around a little from side to side in my hiking shoes: That’s probably fine for day-to-day, but not so much for sports. All things considered, these are great for what I paid. They’re not going to replace my heavy-use insoles because I am guessing that’s not what they’re designed to do, but for everyday wear, they are comfortable, offer nice support, the arch height doesn’t feel excessive, and they didn’t set me back a pretty penny.

Soft but firm support. Best thing
Excellent brace for my foot. I have a pair for every shoe. The arch support is actually made out of aluminum, I think, & doesn’t collapse. I’ve worn some pairs for four years. My podiatrist said they were excellent. I have excessive pronation, healed plantar fasciitis.

Runs small, otherwise fine
I bought 8-8.5 and it was way too small (I wear a solid 8.5 in all sizes). Either because of that or just unrelated, the arch support hit the wrong spot for me. The support would probably be worthwhile if it was in the right spot I compared it to my worn out Nike insoles and the support looked much stronger. I recommend buying larger than you need and cutting down to size if you can They easily slipped into my Nikes once I took the old insoles out. They were a good value for the money IF they were properly fitted I think

GREAT insoles, I would recommend!!
These insoles are great! I never had a lot of foot problems, but I have worked a lot of jobs, that required lots of walking and some required, steel toe shoes. I ALWAYS found the shoe that worked and changed insole if I had too. The other ones that I would recommend and still will use are Dr. Sholls Heavy Duty Work Support insoles are great. If I had general sore feet, i would temporarily use GOOD FEET, which are great. I rarely needed to use those though. I used a lot of Dr. Scholls double layer foot cushion, which is great, for added comfort. I have a new job that requires constant moving left right and twisting non stop. I started to get pains around toes, and heel, (not blisters) hot spots, i thnk from twisting and rubbing. I tryed all the stuff above and wasnt working. The GOOD FEET, helped alot though. I ended up purchasing a WIDE steel toe and used a compresion sock and regular sock over that, tryed to changed my technique of moving feet, lift instead of twist. The Kelaide Arch Support, reminded me of GOOD FEET, but more comfort, not as hard. Also, the raised mid section of insole helps. THESE MADE A DIFFERENCE, BEST OPTION RIGHT NOW FOR MY NEW JOB. (I will try in my regular shoe, not wide and see). I will add, after writing this post, I rolling with just a regular, sort of thick sock. compression sock squeezes toes and sometimes rub after hours.

Fit great.
Great insoles that really help your feet should you suffer with 'flat feet'. They slot into the shoe nicely and the instep arch really offers you support. Okay they feel a tad odd walking with them in your shoes, but only to begin with. After a while you get used to them. Good value and they work well.

Good stuff to get! Very supportive for flat feet
It fits into my air force one so well, and it feels surprisingly comfortable; meanwhile it gives me a strong support on my flat foot arch. I enjoyed the way it feels on my feet, so comfy.

ottime sostitute
