Can this be used instead of a snorkeling vest?

Dear buyer, thank you very much for your support, we designed this product, mainly to reduce swimming pressure, auxiliary useful functions, so that you useful become easy and fun, if you can not swim, you can not replace the swimming vest.

Are the belts adjustable?

They are slightly adjustable-not as much as I would have liked, hence the 3 sizes.

Can you still go underwater with this? Trying to find something that will help float but not so big that won't let you go underwater. Thank you

I don't really know if it will let you go under water I guess if you put less air in it it might. But the reason for the float is to float AND it does a great job for that , I had 2 non swimmers in 20 ft deep water and they did well with the floatees. Hope this helps.
