right armpit issue
solid construction on the left shoulder...the problem is the strap that goes around & UNDER the right armpit. it's starting to cut under and into my skin.

somewhat off on fit, but still works great
the arm band is sized for someone with a bigger bicep, and it folded and slipped out weirdly in the back when it was pulled down where it was supposed to be on the bicep. Took a bit of trying to overlap the velcro to get it to stay in place (and limiting my own arm movement). Only plus side, I was able to have a good night sleep without waking up gasping in pain from moving unconsciously in a bad way. With the brace even the slightest twinge of burning pain that would take a minute or two to stop normally, disappeared quickly. I would definitely recommend it, just be prepared for some fitting issues.Just recieved a Medium which fit perfect but had to use the chest strap from the large. The medium strap was too small, but brace fit perfect.
