Best salt ever
I will forever buy this brand. My husband has always said he can’t tell a difference that salt is salt. He can definitely taste the difference in this one it’s the only kind he will use

Loves it!
Love it! Taste is amazing, granulation is perfect! Can use it in cooking and right on top of your plated food, without being overbearing! Pretty expensive though. 😕

BON VALUE, FLAVOR, TEXTURE
First of all, to the reviewer who cried about additives, sea salt has MANY minerals but they're in SMALL amounts so you can't possibly be poisoned and I don't think I've heard of anyone yet dying or landing in the hospital because of this salt.Anyway, I was looking for a FINE sea salt, not the coarse sea salt, since I cook fast simple meals of scrambled eggs, hash, burgers, onion rings, fries, ramen soups, etc. My food tastes so bad and the coarseness of the salt ruins the texture of my foods when I add coarse sea salt. Also, I WANT all those nutrients in the sea salt which we can't really find in our everyday diets. I tried this one and I hardly tasted the coarse salt and it blended finely into the flavor of my foods. The packs aren't tiny, either. You're definitely getting your value's worth, especially coming from France.

What Does Salt Taste Like?
I bought this salt because the brand was familiar to me in my childhood. Salt was an important ingredient in my mother's cooking because it was the only thing you could taste after her pathetic attempts to be a home cook when all she desired was a carefree hippy life of dancing on four-wheel skates. After over-salting whatever protein or simulated vegetable she found half-drunk at the market to cook through-- we had a bucket of salt on the table to salt it even more. My brothers left home at an early age to work in the salt mines of the Sahara, so enthralled with its mysterious flavor, so allusive to describe that we now just call it.. salt.

Fine-grind has anti-clumping agents
Love the Baleine Coarse salt which is 100% pure, but I needed a Fine-grind sea salt for shakers and am sensitive to the anti-clumping agent in this fine-grind Baleine. So I tried 3 different Baja sea salts that claim to be fine-grind and pure. Only one Baja salt worked for me (Sea Salt Superstore's Baja salt); the others were either too powdery or too coarse to work in shakers. And if you are ok with the anti-clumping agent in this (magnesium carbonate), Baleine still works best for shaker use, just not right for me.

Non returnable product.
I had a regular subscription to this salt. But this shipment came because the product was broken. However, it states that it is a non-returnable product. What should I do?
