Great knife very sharp

Very sharp, fairly light and nice smart looking knife

Item has arrived with small scratches on the bolster. Black plastic grip layer appears to be poorly applied with visibly inconsistent edges. Blade not particularly sharp for a new knife. Handle is heavy but bery ergonomic and functionally sound. Feels like a solid full tang construction has been utilised. Overall this is a sound knife for under a tenner but i wouldn't pay more than this as it isnt particularly sharp and quality control seems to be an issue.

This knife is ideal. I have a small leather sheath that I can keep it in as it is really sharp.

I cook for myself and occasionally 1 guest. It comes well packaged safely, and it’s very sharp. High quality knife ieasy to clean stainless steel. It’s easy to sharpen if you craze super sharpness. Great value, thank you Jamie Oliver!

This knife is well made. But be warned it is extremely sharp,on first use I cut my thumb and finger ! Going to order some cutting gloves for protection now !

Das Messer liegt der gut in der Hand. Ich mag, dass es nicht so leicht ist - gibt ein wertiges Gefühl. Die klinge ist sehr scharf. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde es wieder kaufen.

Estoy muy contenta con la compra, de momento me parece que es un buen cuchillo , se maneja y corta bien.

Das Messer ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt, das angenehme Design stellt dabei die unwichtigste Eigenschaft dar. Es wirkt sehr solde, massiv und liegt mit perfektem, vertrauenserweckendem Gewicht hervorragend in der Hand. Aber Vosicht: es ist höllisch scharf! Ich schälte seit etwa 45Jahren jeden Motgen einen Apfel, der den Doktor fernhalten soll (tut er übrigens auch) – am ersten und zweiten Morgen mit neuem Messer habe ich mir nach 45 Jahren zum ersten Mal in den Daumen geschnitten ... zweimal hintereinander!

Sehr gutes Messer - liegt gut in der Hand - und bleibt relativ lange scharf - der Messerrücken ist zudem nicht zu dick, was das Schneiden sehr angenehm macht. Zudem sehr stabil. Dadurch leider aber auch schwer. Habe deshalb noch welche nachgekauft.
