The monitor cuts out and shows white static screen every 60 seconds , its no good what’s the reason for that ?

I noticed on the pcb there is 2 areas labeled usb and another hdmi1. could i relocate the connectors from the side to the top?

The area you noticed on the pcb with two marked usb and another hdmi1 is reserved for the product department design and is not connected to the system, so you repositioned the connector from the side to the top not working. If you need both HDMI ports to be used at the same time, we can design it as a custom model.

blue light is on but screen remains dark. is it broken?

The blue light display is normal, please check whether your device is connected to the monitor correctly, and also need to check whether your device is caused by insufficient power supply, you can use the USB-A to USB-C to connect the power adapter to power the monitor. I can’t find a 5v 2a so would a 5v 3a be safe to power the monitor?

Hi, thanks for your question. The display power supply current is 5V/2A or above, so 5V/3A can be used. But the voltage cannot exceed 5V, otherwise the display may burn out due to excessive voltage.
