I didn’t have rashes on my neck and shoulders before usung this pillow but after using it, my neck and suoulders are all itchy. I decided to handwash it with hot water. The foam has a protective cover after i took off the pillow case with the zipper that comes with it. So i soaked it in hot water and the foam already showed pat hes of brown color like what you see on old pillows. I have a photo I hope I can attach here. I thought probably because it’s wet but when i soaked my other memory foam, it did’t change the color it’s still yellow. Are you seller selling an old memory pillow with bugs? I really hope I can attach the photos.

Hi I have spondylosis and I use an orthopedic pillow when sleeping. I happened to buy this item few months back after searching for almost similar type that Im using back in my home country. this one fits to people who likes a small to medium height pillow.It helps me to maintain a good sleeping posture. I sleep on my side always and this pillow give me a comfortable sleep and less and sometimes no back pain when I wake up. i highly recommend to buy if you are looking for not so expensive orthopedic pillow but can serve the purpose
