Good quality (soak/wash grain b4 cooking)
I find this is a good quality grain and tastes as it should. (NB You need to soak the grain for at least half an hour, refreshing the water several times, in order to ensure that you don’t get a bitter taste come through - the grain has a natural coating which is bitter if you don’t soak/wash the grain before cooking)

Great addition to my grocery cupboard
I love adding some of this red quinoa to the more generally-available white one - it adds colour, interest and a beautiful looking dish. Very tasty and lasts a long time when I had about 1/4 of this to the white one. Full of fibre and protein, both important for health.
