It works impressively well, especially compared to significantly more expensive options. A note for those who say it comes off in a day: the patch consists of three layers. The first layer is removed when you apply it. The second layer, with a texture similar to scotch tape, can be mistaken for the actual patch. This layer naturally peels off during the first day or after a shower, but it should be removed once the inner patch is properly adhered to. Please refer to the attached pictures. The G7 sensor comes with just one patch, which can easily be damaged if not placed correctly. I'm glad I found this affordable backup refill.

I use these on my wife to put over the one that comes with dexcom , because the ones that come with Dexcom fall off . She hasn’t had any of these come off. They are great .

These work very well protecting my Dexcom Stelo, and even last beyond 14 days - Can even be a bit difficult to remove.

NO HOLE IN THE MIDDLE. Fits over the Dexcom G7 sensor. BIGGER than the overpatch provided by Dexcom with their sensors. Use the Dexcom overpatch first, then put this one over the top of that. Holds pretty well at least for the first few days... days 7 - 10 it might start to peel a bit, depending how physically active you are and how hard you scrub in the shower (hint: do your best not to let water get in underneath the edges of this patch). Can be annoying to remove... especially from an area with body hair. Be gentle, but firm.

This is the third patch I have tried in a day and a half that I have just received in the mail a few days ago. I was soooo excited to get these but they don't stick. They came with no manual on how to put on so after the first one I tried and dismantled backwards so that one was wasted. Then the next one I put on, had no stick so it lasted maybe a half hr. Before I put it on, I had cleaned the area and made sure nothing would make it not stick. Then the second, same issue. This is the third that I snapped the pic. This one finally stuck but the top is staring to shrivel down and not stick. I havent sweated, I kept a tank top on to watch it and still from the get go, it didn't want to stick. Very disappointed and want my money back!!!

First, the good-- they adhere well even after showering. I have yet to wear these while swimming or playing tennis, so I'll update my review and let you know how they adhere after prolonged water use and heavy sweating. Now the bad... kind of. These are hard to remove. They also leave a sticky residue on the body that is hard to remove. I had to scrub so hard to get it off that my skin was red for a day. Also, this product does not come with any instructions on how to apply, so I wasted two figuring out how to use them. The tabs cold be more clearly marked and made easier to grab. Hope this helps!

Simple added protective layer for your device to keep it secure and dry for longer. I had no complaints or issues with pinching or pain when removing.

This is something you invest into if you wear dexcom. It save me many times. Before this my dexcom keep falling off during the nights and after a bath it would just get hook on to the towel and off it goes. Now this save me alot and I change the cover every for days.

I have only used one patch so far, but it seems to work well. It definitely helps if you can have someone else put it on. You peel off the backing, and they have two small strips that stay in place for you to hold onto, until it is in place, and then you take those small strips off. What I hadn't realized is that the top side is also covered in a removable plastic (it has the two blue strips. I just thought that was it, but once it was in place, you pull the blue strips and then the plastic comes off the top. It leaves quite a thin film, that stayed in place perfectly! It was also easy to remove. I also removed the original over patch that came with my Dexcom G7 before adding the new patch. It took me right through to the end of life of the sensor.

I purchased this as a back up if the ones I receive as part of my dexcom sensor kit run out too early. They are a very good alternative -IF- they are applied correctly. I wasted a couple because I should have read the instructions more carefully.

Stickers with G7 never stay on for 10 days, we ordered these stickers , and it works and stays unit we take it out. It is waterproof.
