My wife got this for mensural cramps, but I stole it when I had lower back issues. This is much better than the disposable icy-hot/capsaicin pads as it doesn't stick to you or get your hands covered in a substance. This pad heats up quickly, and stays hot for about 30 min. It then auto-shuts off. My wife also liked the vibration. Simple to charge with any usb cable/plug. The 2 cons are the buttons and the strap. The buttons are hard to figure out. You have to double tap them to turn it on, and hold it to turn it off. They are touch buttons, not actual moving switches. The other con is the strap. If you are on the larger side, it is hard to keep the pad in place, and not fold over. Over all it is a great purchase.

I use it on my feet to combat water retention and pain. It does work well. I do wish that it was a little more flexible. Also, I have a tough time turning on and regulating the the vibration button. And yet, the slightest bump and it turns off. I would buy this heating pad/massager again because as I said it does do what it is advertised to do.

I like that I can wear it on the go however after a few days of using it whenever I charged it and tried to use the heat side again the whole thing would flash a light then turn off. I’m not sure why I was really happy with my purchase before that. It got hot like advertised. Con number too is since it’s touch screen when you have pants on or a blanket that can turn it off as well so I’m wondering if that’s why the heat stopped working cause my blanket would turn it off? Anyways heat wise and convience was it was worth it but longevity? Not so much 4/10

With the weather cooling, this is a perfect lightweight heating pad not just for menstrual cramps, but also for anyone having lower back or feet pain. My new dog even enjoyed laying on top of it after a chilly night walk. I was pleasantly surprised by the shipping; it was in a cute pink box wrapped as a gift.
