Excellent product! I’m lazy when it comes to washing my cosmetic brushes, drying them and so on. Therefore, since I discovered this wonder pad I’ve been utterly happy. I love that this is silicone and easily washable, but it didn't seem as effective as my sponge type quick change brush cleaner. The product has multiple sections for different product types, but I didn't find one more useful than another, based on cosmetic type (cream vs powder). I, personally, found it messy, as the cosmetic residue remains on every surface (rather than falling out to the bottom) and I didn't like running the brush over the same section after a color change.

I can’t believe I waited so long to buy this!! I mostly use cream products and didn’t think something like this would work, but I was so wrong. This thing works great on my brushes for powder, creams, and even liquids. They’re effective at cleaning the brushes for use with other colors… including going from a darker to lighter color. I haven’t notice any alarming, residual colors after rubbing my brushes on these pads. I purchased the smaller size and loved it, but found it a little small for anything other than my eye brushes. It’s still effective for larger brushes but not the roomiest. So… I splurged on the larger one and will relegate the smaller one to a travel bag. Best part of these pads is that short of melting it or something equally as catastrophic, they will last forever. Fantastic value.

This does not 'clean' your makeup brushes, but it does clear the color from one application to the next. It have various zones for different types of makeup brush use and really works!!!!! I want to get the travel size one for when we go away, I love this that much. Get this!!! Great stocking stuffer for the makeup enthusiast in your life.

I had just picked up a version of the color switcher sponge in a tin at Ulta when I happened upon this online. I already have a scrubby mitt for cleaning my brushes with soap and water and this, honestly, looked like a lot of money for another version of that. I bought it anyway. And, I'm pleasantly surprised that it actually works with removal of cream eyeliner and cream foundation. It doesn't get all of the cream off but it gets a whole lot of it off, enough for the brush to be reused. The size is perfect for the makeup table placement but the section for blush - considering the size of brushes for it - is small. It works best with small to medium size brushes. I picked up a bottle of makeup remover, the kind that dries pretty quickly, for cream/liquid brushes and for larger brushes. It works better than the alcohol spritz I use on smaller brushes and they're ready for reuse within minutes. The two make a great combo. Now, if I could just find a disposable sponge with the texture of a Beauty Blender or Real Technique sponge...
