I much prefer this to the flavoured versions. This fully diluted with Almond milk, went down a treat, and seemed to work very well!

Great but not as great as some well known capsules. Made a difference in 2 weeks and kept it up. I chose to stop for a while and then restart, so I can be aware of what my health is without this intervention.

Buyer beware - look at the weight, This is good and loved that it wasn't flavoured, but watch out - check price and weight. When it arrived it was only 150gms - the same price as I had paid for vanilla flavour weighing 450gm bought directly from Biomel.

Bought this as read great reviews, struggled with constipation and this made a small improvement, but not as much as I expected from previous reviews written. Took for 3 months as per guidelines to get maximum results but did not make enough of a difference to continue with it as it’s quite an expensive product.

I have never used gut supplements before so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I didn't expect anything from it either and I must say I understand the hype. My gut is not bloated at all I am regular now and feel less hunger and cravings too and I have only been using it for 4 days so these results are only after 4 uses. Only Downside is I blend it with water and it takes alot of effort to blend it. It does go lumpy.

This is the only Biomel product I buy as it doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners. Works well to keep me regular.

I bought this having read the great reviews but it has made my symptoms much worse. I'll have to stop using it so a complete waste of £30. I have contacted the company to find out if they can offer any advice or help.
