Pure silk. This duvet has a lovely feel of luxury. A super-king duvet of a good size so there is a nice 'hang' over the bed. This is a second purchase, having previously bought a king-size as a gift and the recipients loved it. The design, is good as it keeps you warm on cold nights and cooler on warmer nights, despite it not being very thick. Was surprised at how well this duvet preforms in all temperatures. The price is excellent, although maybe a bit steep for some, the investment is well worth it. Have always used cheaper products in the past but this Mulberry design is no contest. It sits in a world class of its own. Good quality material used and a good solid stitched edge, on all sides. Came nicely packed in its own zipped "case' and placed in a packaging box. Will be trying a double-size next.

realy cosy.just replaced my old 1.not had 1 with the silk filling.its very lightweight.but warm.will not be buying Down filled again.as so manybirds r used. probly will buy the pillows now. good qulity.

Like sleeping under a cloud this light weight duvet is a bit too warm in an English summer. However, it is so beautifully quilted, the generous filling isn't likely to go lumpy, doesn't have that irritating rustle, has no unpleasant smell and would be so easy to use as a comforter on sofa days.

A bit pricier than I would normally pay… but so, so worth it. What have I been missing. ✨

This is similar to a previous silk duvet that had to be retired. Arrived on time and is just as stated on the description. It is of superb quality and is a luxury duvet... not to heavy but just the right warmth. I would recommend this...good to pamper yourself
